Recently, BoardMyBiz.com had the opportunity to meet with Lena Beck Roervig to pick her brain and take a new perspective on the role of advisory boards. Lena Beck Roervig has the distinction of being my first female advisor interview, as well as my first European interview. One of the things that I’ve learned through this process is that diversity of ideas, backgrounds, and lifestyles are important to building competent advisory boards, which is to say that it is also imperative in informing on the subject.
